Hi, I’m Nathan. I’m a chiropractor, infant sleep coach, and a dad. I work with parents to improve their baby’s sleep in a way that feels calm, connected, and true to their values.

My interest in baby sleep started when my son was born. Like many new parents, I quickly learned that sleep doesn’t always go as planned. The nights were long, and naps were all over the place. But through that, I began to understand what babies really need to feel safe and settled.

That’s what led me to train as a sleep coach. I now combine what I’ve learned as a health professional with my own experience as a parent to help other families find a better rhythm.

There’s no one-size-fits-all plan here. We look at the bigger picture — feeding, naps, bedtime routines, emotional wellbeing — and we work together to create a sleep setup that works for you.

With my background as a chiropractor, I also bring an understanding of how a baby’s body and nervous system can influence their sleep. This gives me a slightly different lens when supporting families — especially when sleep seems particularly challenging.
