Client Work

Any personalised support or sleep plans offered through my services are based on the information shared by families and are tailored to your specific situation. Each plan is bespoke, created with your individual child’s needs, temperament, and family values in mind.

Because of this, sleep plans are not transferable and should not be shared with others. What’s appropriate and safe for your child may not be suitable for another. Sharing personalised plans can lead to confusion or misuse.

These plans are not medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
